Free while it is in beta. Every feature is unlocked — there is nothing to buy yet and no card to enter.
In exchange: it will have bugs. Some of this has been proven by running it and some of it has not. Telling us what broke is the whole point of the beta, and it is genuinely the most useful thing you can do with it.
Important risk notice
- Fenrir is independent third-party software. It is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Activision, or any game publisher.
- Using Fenrir with supported games can get your game account banned. The risk is highest in online and ranked modes and lowest in offline, solo, and private matches.
- Fenrir reads TikTok LIVE by unofficial means, because no official real-time API exists. This may breach TikTok’s Terms of Service, and it can stop working when TikTok makes changes.
- Viewer names and points data are stored only on your computer. You are responsible for that data.
- Text-to-speech uses Microsoft’s online voices by default, so the spoken text — which can include viewer names or chat messages — is sent to Microsoft. Windows’ offline voices send nothing.

Before you download
- You must read and accept the full risk notice.
- Game accounts can be banned. Prefer offline, solo, and private matches.
- Fenrir uses unofficial TikTok access and may stop working when TikTok changes its systems.
- The installer is not code-signed; Windows will show a SmartScreen warning.
- Everything runs only while Fenrir is open on your PC, including the overlay.
- Not everything is finished — the Status page says what is tested and what is not.

By downloading you confirm that you have read and accepted the risks.
Run it and follow the wizard. No administrator rights needed — it installs for your user only. Your settings, triggers, and points live in %APPDATA%\Fenrir, separate from the program, so updating never touches them and uninstalling asks before removing them.
Windows will warn you once. The installer is not code-signed yet, so you will see “Windows protected your PC”. Click More info, then Run anyway. SmartScreen works on reputation rather than inspection: an unsigned installer that few people have run yet gets that screen by default. It is not the result of a scan that found something — and it is not a clean bill of health either. It simply means Windows does not recognise the publisher, which is true because there is not a signed one yet.
What it asks for, and what it never asks for
Worth saying plainly, because “software that reads your stream” sounds like it needs more access than it does.
- It never asks for your TikTok password. There is no field for one anywhere in the application. You give it your username and it connects to your public LIVE the way a viewer does.
- It cannot post, comment, or act as you. The connection only reads. The chatbot answers viewers through your overlay, activity log, and speech — not by typing in TikTok chat.
- It is an ordinary desktop application. It installs for your user only and does not ask for administrator rights. Your settings, triggers, and points sit in a folder you can open, copy, or delete.
- It only touches its own files in your games. A mod goes in when you click install. While Fenrir is open, it puts its own scripts, binds, and installed mods into a game only while that game is running, and takes them back out when the game closes. It never removes or changes anyone else’s files, and anything it installs, it can uninstall.
- Speech is online by default and offline if you prefer. The better voices are Microsoft’s free read-aloud ones, so the text being spoken is sent to them to be turned into audio. Windows’ own built-in voices are one setting away and send nothing anywhere. Either way there is no account and no key. The privacy policy spells this out.
What leaves your PC
Your events, triggers, points, viewer data, overlay, logs, and feedback reports stay on your PC. There is no analytics, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. These are the only things that go out:
- The connection to TikTok itself, plus TikTok’s public gift list and gift images.
- A signing request to Euler Stream, a third party, before the connection opens. No stream data.
- An update check to fenrirapp.com each time the app opens. It sends only the version you are running.
- A licence check to fenrirapp.com, only if you use a licence key or sign in.
- With the default online voices, the text being spoken is sent to Microsoft. Windows’ offline voices send nothing.
- An installer download from GitHub, only when you choose to install an update.

What you need
- Your TikTok username (never your password).
- A free Euler Stream signing key.
- The game already installed — Fenrir detects most of them — and any launcher it needs, from that launcher’s own site.
- OBS, only if you want the overlay on stream.
What it genuinely cannot protect you from is the thing at the top of this page: modifying a game can get the game account banned, and no amount of careful design changes that. Prefer offline, solo, and private matches. The app makes you accept the full risks before any setup.
BossAnywhere beta — the Panzer on more Black Ops 2 maps
Origins is the only Black Ops 2 map that ships the Panzer Soldat. This beta test build puts him on Nuketown, Mob of the Dead, Tranzit, Die Rise and Buried, and a gift can call him in. Optional, and only useful if you play Black Ops 2 on Plutonium.
It is in the installer (about 20 MB).
Leave BossAnywhere beta ticked in the installer, then in Fenrir go to Games → Black Ops 2 → Setup → Optional mods and click Install. Fenrir records exactly which files it adds, so Uninstall removes only those. Then enable BossAnywhere in the Plutonium launcher’s Mods menu.
In game, stand somewhere open and use the Spawn Panzer action, or bind 8 "spawnpanzer".
It uses models, animations and audio from Black Ops 2’s own Origins files, so it does nothing without the game. Like any game modification it can get accounts banned — play offline, solo or in private matches.
Least-tested thing here. Tested in a real game on Nuketown only: it spawns, chases, and its flamethrower hurts. Mob of the Dead, Tranzit, Die Rise and Buried are built but nobody has fought one there on this build yet — if you try those, that is genuinely the most useful report you can send.

Both are worth sending. A beta is only useful if the things that break get back to us, and the feature requests that come out of real streams are usually better than the ones invented at a desk.

Written, but not yet proven
- ›A long live stream. The connection works; it has not been run for hours under real gift volume.
- ›Black Ops 1's 60 actions have never fired in a live match.
- ›World at War's points, perks, and power-ups.
- ›The in-game timer HUD — a cause was found and fixed, not yet confirmed.

Twelve more games have action lists and detection built — Black Ops 1, World at War, Black Ops 3, 7 Days to Die, Palworld, Lethal Company, Hogwarts Legacy and others. They are not in the table because their integrations have not been run end to end in a match, and listing them as though they had would be inventing a status. If you own one and try it, that is exactly the kind of report worth sending.
This list is going to grow
More games, more overlay templates and more actions for the games already here are all being added, and they arrive with ordinary updates — nothing is a separate purchase, and new games are free on every plan. During the beta, what gets built next is mostly decided by what beta users ask for, so if the game you stream is not on the list, say so.
What you will need
- Windows 10 or 11
- 64-bit. It sends keystrokes to a local game, so it has to be the same machine the game runs on.
- A free Euler Stream key
- TikTok's live data has to be signed by a third party. The key is free, takes a minute, and goes in Settings. Every install needs its own — the free tier is per-key.
- A TikTok account with LIVE
- Usually 1,000 followers. You can set everything up and test it with the event simulator long before then.
- The game, already installed
- Fenrir finds it itself — it reads Steam's library index and the registry rather than asking you to go browsing.
- OBS, if you want the overlay
- Optional. The overlay is a browser source pointed at the address Fenrir serves from your own PC, so it works only while Fenrir is running. Nothing is hosted online.
Two things to expect
Windows will warn you about it, and your antivirus might too. These are two different things and it is worth knowing which is which. SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC” because the installer is unsigned and new, which is about the publisher and not about the file’s contents. An antivirus, if it complains, is reacting to behaviour: Fenrir sends synthetic keystrokes and opens network connections, which is the shape of thing heuristics flag. Both go away with a code-signed build and a reputation behind it. We would rather say so here than have it surprise you.
Accounts can be banned. This is third-party software that changes how a game behaves. Prefer offline, solo and private matches; online and ranked are where bans happen. Read the risks in full — the app makes you accept them before it will set anything up, and you may as well know what they are first.
