Fenrir

Refund Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026

Draft. These pages describe how the software actually behaves, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They should be before anything is sold.

Nothing is charged during the beta. Fenrir is free right now, there is no checkout, and there is nothing to refund. Everything below describes how refunds will work once billing starts, published in advance so none of it is a surprise.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. When you do:

Cancelling part-way through a period does not refund the remaining days. If you cancel, you keep what you paid for until it runs out.

2. The 14-day refund

If the software does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you will get your money back. Say what went wrong — not because you have to justify it, but because it is the only way the same problem gets fixed for the next person.

This sits on top of any refund right the law gives you where you live, and on top of the payment provider’s own policy. Whichever is better for you is the one that applies. We do not ask you to give up a statutory cancellation right in order to start using what you paid for.

3. If TikTok breaks it

Fenrir reads TikTok LIVE by unofficial means, because no official API for it exists. TikTok can change its systems at any time and, when that happens, connections stop working until we ship a fix. This is expected rather than exceptional, and it is stated plainly on the risks page before you pay.

Short outages while we ship a fix are part of the deal and are not refundable. But if it stays broken for an unreasonable time and we cannot fix it, ask for a refund and you will get one. You did not choose to depend on an unofficial connection — we did, and the risk of that choice should not land entirely on you.

4. Billing errors

Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount? Tell us and we will investigate. If it was an error, you get the full amount back, promptly, regardless of anything else on this page.

5. What is not refunded

Outside of those, refund requests are read case by case. This is a small independent project and the intent is to be fair rather than to win on a technicality.

6. Who actually processes it

Payments are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record — they are the seller of record, they handle the card and any sales tax or VAT, and we never see your card details. Refunds are issued through them. Where their policy is more generous than this one, theirs applies.

7. How to ask

Email support@fenrirapp.com from the address you bought with, and include what went wrong.

Include the email address you paid with, roughly when you bought it, and a sentence on what went wrong. For a billing error, say which charge.

This page is the detail behind section 7 of the Terms of Service. If the two ever appear to disagree, that is a mistake on our side — tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime whichever is more favourable to you applies.
