Terms of Service

These terms cover the Fenrir application and this website. By downloading, installing or paying for Fenrir you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

They are written to be read. Where a term matters, it is stated plainly rather than buried — particularly the parts about bans, refunds and what happens when TikTok changes something.

Fenrir is operated by KJ's Gaming LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person using Fenrir. Fenrir is the name of the software; the company behind it is the one named here, and that is the name any payment or correspondence will come from.

1. What Fenrir is

Fenrir is Windows software that reads events from a TikTok LIVE stream — gifts, likes, follows, shares and chat — and turns them into actions in a supported game, a compatible browser overlay, sounds or speech. Optional OBS scene control remains available. Stream Studio and Video Editor are not included in the current desktop beta; they are future plans. Use OBS or another compatible streaming application to broadcast. The dedicated Stream with OBS page was removed in beta.72.

Fenrir also includes a Discord bot and a dashboard on this website for it, which post go-live alerts for TikTok, Twitch and Kick channels in a Discord server. These terms cover them too. Whether a TikTok channel is live is read unofficially and can be wrong or stop working; alerts are best effort.

It runs almost entirely on your computer. The connection to TikTok is made by your machine; events, triggers, game control, points and viewer data, logs and feedback reports are all handled and stored on your machine; and the overlay is served by a local web server on your machine. Your live event feed does not pass through a Fenrir server. Optional Live Now listings, Creator Network activity reporting, reports you send, connection signing, update and license checks, and online speech are described in the Privacy Policy.

Fenrir is in beta. Version 0.9.0-beta.87. Parts of it have been verified by running them and parts have not. It may fail, behave unexpectedly, or stop working when something it depends on changes. Where this site describes a feature or a game, it uses these words:

• Tested — used successfully in a real game or stream, or checked by running the feature. See Status for the specific evidence.
• Built, untested — the code exists and runs, but has not been proven in a live match.
• Held back — development work exists, but the feature is excluded from the current release and is not included in a paid plan.
• Placeholder — the page or tab exists in the application and says it is not built yet.
• Not built — planned or mentioned, with no working code. Nothing you pay for includes a feature marked this way until it is built.

What you are paying for is the software, not anything of TikTok’s. Fenrir does not sell, buy, transfer, exchange or redeem TikTok Gifts, Coins, Diamonds or any other TikTok virtual item, and it gives you no additional rights over them. It reacts to events that occur on your own LIVE broadcast. A subscription pays for Fenrir’s features — supported games, triggers, overlays, chatbot and the rest — and for nothing on TikTok’s side of the line.

2. It is unofficial, and it carries risk

Fenrir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with or approved by TikTok, Activision, or any other company. There is no public TikTok API for real-time LIVE events, so Fenrir — like every other tool in this category — reads the stream by unofficial means, which may breach TikTok’s terms of service.

Game publishers prohibit third-party software that changes how a game behaves. Using Fenrir with a game may breach that game’s EULA and can result in your account being banned.

TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. Call of Duty, Minecraft, Palworld, Valheim and every other game named anywhere on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used here only to say which software Fenrir works with, which is the one thing a name like that is for. Every project Fenrir depends on, and our relationship to each, is listed on the third-party software page.

The full list of risks is on the risks page. The current desktop beta opens without a startup agreement popup. Reading the risks remains part of these terms, not an optional extra.

3. Your responsibilities

By using Fenrir you confirm that:

• You have permission to use it on every account and game you connect it to.
• You will point it at your own TikTok LIVE, or one you have clear permission to connect to.
• You accept the risk of bans, lost accounts and lost income, and will not seek to hold us responsible for them.
• You are old enough to use TikTok in your country and to enter a contract where you live.
• You will comply with the laws that apply to you, and with the terms of the other services involved — TikTok’s, your game’s and its launcher’s, Euler Stream’s (the signing service the connection depends on), and Microsoft’s if you use the online text-to-speech voices.

4. What you may not do with it

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute Fenrir, or share a paid license between people.
• Use it to harass, defraud, or spam anyone, or to generate artificial engagement.
• Use it to collect data about TikTok users beyond what the application does for your own stream, or to build a dataset from other people’s streams.
• Run it as a service for other people — hosting it, relaying its events, or offering its output over a network. Fenrir is built to keep the TikTok connection and your viewers’ data on your own PC, and these terms, the privacy policy and our risk notices all assume it is used that way.
• Work around, disable or fake the tier checks or the risk acknowledgment.
• Use it in a way that breaks TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or other rules. Those are between you and TikTok, we cannot see your stream, and following them is your call to make and yours to answer for.
• Use it in a way that breaks the rules of a game, launcher, server or service you point it at — including modifying online, ranked or competitive play where that game forbids it. The Risks page is blunt about why this is also the way accounts get banned.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service or system, ours or anyone else’s.
• Use it with a TikTok LIVE or game account you do not control or do not have clear permission to use.
• Use it for anything unlawful.

What Fenrir does not do, on our side: it connects to your LIVE as an anonymous viewer and only reads. It does not manufacture engagement: it cannot create gifts, likes, follows, shares, views or comments that did not happen, it cannot post, comment or act as you, and it does not touch any stream but the one you point it at. The chatbot answers viewers in your overlay, your activity log and text-to-speech — places Fenrir owns — not in TikTok chat.

5. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Fenrir on computers you control, for as long as these terms are met. You are buying the right to use the software, not the software itself. All rights not granted here are reserved.

Fenrir includes third-party open-source components, each under its own license. Those licenses continue to apply to those components and nothing here overrides them.

6. Redistribution

Fenrir may not be copied, shared, uploaded, mirrored, bundled, resold or otherwise distributed to anyone else without our prior written permission. That covers the installer, the application files and the game scripts we wrote — whether or not money changes hands, and whether or not it is presented as your own work.

You may install it on computers you control, for your own use. You may not hand it on. If someone wants it, send them here.

You also may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of it, or strip, disable or work around the license checks, except where the law where you live expressly gives you that right despite this clause.

The license ends automatically if any of this is breached — no notice, no warning — and you must delete every copy you hold. We may also suspend or close the account involved, and we reserve every legal remedy available to us. Where a breach is commercial, deliberate or at scale, we intend to use them.

This is not aimed at the person who copies the folder to their second PC. It is aimed at reuploads, resales and repackaging, which take money out of a project one person builds and which people download expecting it to be the real thing.

7. Plans, billing and the trial

Fenrir has Free, Plus and Pro plans. The Free plan is genuinely usable and is not time-limited. Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription until canceled. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Plus and Pro have monthly and yearly billing options. Yearly Plus is $107.88 USD charged once per year; yearly Pro is $215.88 USD charged once per year, plus applicable tax. These are the total yearly charges, not monthly installments. The selected subscription renews at its billing interval until you cancel.

One-server lifetime Pro bot access is a separate $49.99 USD one-time purchase, plus applicable tax, when available at checkout. It unlocks Pro for exactly the Discord server selected before payment, does not transfer to another server, and does not unlock paid desktop features. Lifetime means the lifespan of the Fenrir bot service, not a guarantee of perpetual hosting. Canceling a Plus or Pro subscription does not remove a separate active lifetime bot purchase. The Refund Policy explains refunds and payment-review suspensions for that purchase.

Where offered, the bot's Plus, Pro and one-server lifetime Pro can also be bought inside Discord. Those purchases are sold and billed by Discord under Discord's own terms, at a price no higher than on this website. A Discord subscription covers the server it was bought for while it stays active, and only unlocks the bot, not paid desktop features. A lifetime Pro bought in Discord applies to the one server you choose with the bot's /lifetime claim command and does not transfer to another server once claimed.

Plus and Pro are available to purchase during the open beta. Free plan limits apply. Choose a paid plan on this website or from the Plans page inside Fenrir. Current plan limits are:

• Free — 5 triggers per game, 5 gift sounds, 3 point-funded actions, 5 Interaction designs (including Fenrir Carousel) and 97 registered widget designs and scenes.
• Plus — 25 triggers per game, 25 gift sounds, 25 point-funded actions, 14 Interaction designs and 218 registered widget designs and scenes (including the Free designs), the chatbot, saved stream profiles, game packs, and local session reports.
• Pro — unlimited triggers, gift sounds and point-funded actions, all 25 Interaction designs, all 276 registered widget designs and scenes (including Studio variants), conditional action sequences, and multi-stage viewer challenges. Syncing across machines remains unavailable. Video Editor and Stream Studio are future plans and are not included in the current desktop beta. Available features and testing limits are listed on the Status page; mobile apps and cloud sync remain unavailable.
• Game integrations today. Available game integrations work on every plan, including Free. The app has a Game Store for buying a game integration for life, and Plus and Pro include every game while active, but game purchases are not open yet and current access continues.

Donations are not payments for Fenrir. Donations are not taken through this site; they are voluntary and handled through our Discord. See the donation information for questions about an existing donation. Giving is optional, it is not a purchase, it unlocks nothing in the application and withholds nothing from anyone who does not give. Any previously offered thank-you perks remain discretionary, are the same whatever the amount, and are not part of any plan. Nothing on this page about plans, billing, trials or refunds applies to a donation.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. That means they are the seller of record for your purchase, they handle payment and applicable sales tax or VAT, and your card details go to them and never to us. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

The 14-day trial. The trial gives access to your chosen Plus or Pro plan for 14 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically at the price shown when you signed up. One trial per person.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you have already paid for, and your plan keeps working until that period ends.

Price changes. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal and you will be told before it is charged. While Fenrir is in beta, early subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted.

Discounts, offers and programs. Discounts, promotions and programs such as Creator Networks are subject to change. We may change a discount’s amount, who qualifies, what a program includes, or end it. A change to a discount you already receive applies from your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it does. A discount tied to membership of a network ends at the next renewal after the membership ends.

8. Refunds

We will refund a subscription within 14 days of the first payment if the software does not work for you. Ask, and say what went wrong. This is on top of any refund right the law gives you where you live, and on top of the payment provider’s own policy — whichever is better for you applies.

The detail of all of this — canceling, billing errors, what is and is not covered — is on the Refund Policy page. It is the same promise written out at length, not a different one.

We will not refund for:

• A banned or restricted TikTok or game account. This is the risk the risks page exists to warn you about, and it is stated before you pay.
• TikTok changing its systems so that connections stop working, unless it stays broken for an unreasonable time and we cannot fix it — in which case ask.
• A game, launcher or mod framework that Fenrir integrates with changing or shutting down.

9. Accounts

A free account is optional for using the app and is needed for Plus or Pro. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in happens in your own browser and the application never receives your password. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 4, and where a closure is our decision rather than your breach we will refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Availability and changes

Fenrir depends on things we do not control: TikTok’s systems, Euler Stream’s signing service, Microsoft’s online voices, game launchers and mod frameworks that are other people’s projects. Any of them can change or disappear without notice, and when they do, parts of Fenrir stop working until they can be fixed — or cannot be fixed at all.

Plans, prices, plan limits, offers and features described on the website or in the application are subject to change. We may change, add or remove features, and may stop offering Fenrir entirely. If it is discontinued, active subscriptions will be canceled and the unused part of the current period refunded.

11. No warranty

Fenrir is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will work, keep working, be uninterrupted or error-free, or be safe for your accounts, your game installations or your computer.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any banned, suspended or lost game or TikTok account, lost followers, subscribers, gifts, revenue or income, lost or corrupted files, or a broken game installation, however caused.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Fenrir — whether to us or through our payment provider — in the twelve months before the claim.

Some places do not allow parts of this to be excluded, and where that is true for you, these limits apply only as far as the law permits and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

13. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Fenrir — in particular connecting it to streams or accounts you did not have permission to use — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a material change is announced in the application. Continuing to use Fenrir after a change means accepting the new terms; if you do not accept them, cancel and stop using it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

16. Disputes

Most problems are quicker to fix by email than by anyone filing anything. Please write to us first, and we will try to sort it out within 30 days.

If that does not resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, and that neither of us will bring or join a class action, collective action or representative proceeding. Arbitration will take place under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the State of Colorado.

Two deliberate exceptions. Either of us may still bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. And you can opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms — opting out costs you nothing else, and the rest of these terms continue to apply.

Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live. If arbitration agreements are unenforceable where you are, this section simply does not apply to you.

17. If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the smallest extent needed, and everything else stays in force. One clause failing does not take the rest of the agreement with it.

18. The rest

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and risk disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us about Fenrir.

If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to someone else; we may transfer ours if the product changes hands, and your rights are unaffected if that happens. Neither of us is responsible for failures caused by things genuinely outside our control.

Sections covering redistribution, liability, indemnity, disputes and governing law continue to apply after you stop using Fenrir or your account ends.
