Questions about an existing donation

Donations are optional, are not purchases and do not unlock paid features. They are separate from Plus and Pro subscriptions and the one-server Discord Bot Lifetime purchase.

Fenrir is not a charity. Donations are not tax-deductible.

Donations are generally not refundable. If you donated by mistake or the wrong amount, email support@fenrirapp.com and we will sort it out.

Donating does not make Fenrir official or safer. Fenrir remains unofficial third-party software, not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Activision or any game publisher. Using it with games can get accounts banned, and its unofficial TikTok LIVE connection may stop working. By donating you confirm that you have read the full Risks & Disclaimer.
