Can Fenrir set up gifts and keybinds for me?

Open Gift & keybind presets from Actions, Setup or Triggers. Cheap uses gifts priced 1–999 coins; Expensive uses gifts priced 1,000 coins and above. KJ's BO2 Setup is also available for Black Ops 2. Review the preview before confirming: applying a preset replaces that game's gift and coin-range rules, keeps other trigger types, and saves a local backup. Missing mod actions are skipped, and conflicting keys must be resolved before applying. Presets do not install mods or change your plan's trigger limits.

How do I customize the Good, Bad and Carousel overlays?

Good shows helpful actions and Bad shows harmful actions. Both are included with Plus and Pro. Select an overlay in Studio and choose Edit to adjust its supported size, spacing, orientation, colors and RGB glow. Remove background keeps the gift artwork and action text while removing the card surface. Reset to defaults restores the design's appearance while keeping assigned actions and content. The preview updates as you edit, including vertical layouts.

Can I request features, game mods or other additions to Fenrir?

Yes. You can request new features, game mods where supported, and other additions through our Discord. Requests are subject to feasibility, game support and development availability. High request volumes may mean longer wait times. We reserve the right to decline requests, and submission does not guarantee an addition or a completion date. Share your idea on Discord.

Will this get my game account banned?

It can. Game publishers prohibit third-party software that changes how a game behaves. The risk is highest in online and ranked modes and lowest in offline, solo, and private matches, and we strongly recommend sticking to those. Full details are on the Risks page.

Does Fenrir send my stream or viewer data to your servers?

Stream events, triggers and points are processed on your computer. If you opt into Live Now, your chosen channel and game are published. If you join a Creator Network, stream timing, peak viewer count and your game are shared with your agency, without viewer identities or chat. Streamer rankings are prepared but disabled for this release; joining and ranking reports are unavailable. Reports you send, signing in, update checks, connection signing and online speech also use online services. See the full list on What leaves your PC.

Why does Windows warn me when I install it?

The current installer is signed by KJS GAMING LLC, but Windows may still warn about a new download. Only use our official download page or its linked GitHub release, and keep Windows security checks enabled. Older Fenrir versions may refuse this first signed update inside the app; download and run the official setup instead. Installing over your existing copy keeps your saved profile. Updates wait for you to choose Run installer or Cancel; invalid signatures and changed downloads are blocked.

Do I need to give Fenrir my TikTok password?

No. Fenrir does not ask for your TikTok password. You enter only your TikTok username, and Fenrir connects to your LIVE as an anonymous viewer. It cannot post, comment, or act as you.

What happens when TikTok changes something and the connection breaks?

Unofficial access methods break from time to time; this is a known limitation of every tool in this category. When it happens, Fenrir stops connecting until it is updated. We aim to fix it, but cannot promise how quickly, or that every break can be fixed.

Does the overlay work when my PC is turned off?

No. The overlay is served by Fenrir on your own computer and only works while the application is running there. Cloud-hosted overlays are not available in the current release.

Is Fenrir free, and can I buy Plus or Pro?

Free is a real plan and stays free — no card, not a trial, not time-limited. Plus and Pro are open and lift the limits shown on Pricing.

Can I use Fenrir on someone else's stream?

Only on a stream you control or have clear permission to use. Connecting to other people’s streams without permission is not allowed under the Terms.

Where are my points and viewer data stored?

In the current desktop beta, on your computer in points_balances.json inside %APPDATA%\Fenrir Desktop Beta\engine-data. You are responsible for that data. Deleting the file permanently removes all balances and the viewer records kept with them. If you use members-only chat for speech, the same folder also holds fan_club_seen.json: the handles of viewers seen with your fan club badge and when each was first seen. Delete that file to remove those records. Rankings also stores history in ranking-history, TikTok standings in tiktok-ranks.json, and picture addresses in viewer_avatars.json. These are separate from points balances. Displaying a profile picture loads it from TikTok.

What do the Fenrir streamer leaderboards measure?

Streamer leaderboards are prepared but disabled for this release. You cannot join, and Fenrir does not submit stream counters to the disabled rankings service. The prepared feature has separate weekly boards for peak viewers, chats, likes, follows and gift coins observed by the app. These would be app observations, not verified TikTok rankings or cash earnings. Local viewer points and standings remain separate. See Status for availability.

Can viewers name BO2 zombies or trigger Rimuru?

Beta.72 adds optional names for direct Spawn Zombie and Zombie Horde actions. Turn names on in BO2 options; custom !zname requests also need the Plus/Pro Chatbot and your approval. TTS blocked words and viewers apply even with speech off. Automatic filtering can miss coded language, so review custom names carefully. Labels are host-only, with eight active and 64 distinct names per map. Separate Rimuru enemy and 90-second helper actions need compatible mod assets already loaded. Wonder Weapon selects from known loaded weapons and registered upgrades. Fenrir does not include those third-party assets. These BO2 additions passed offline checks but have not been tested in a real match; see Status for limits.

Which games and features actually work?

The Status page lists every game and feature as Tested, Built but untested, Early (shown as Coming soon on the Games page), Placeholder, or Not built.

Is it available in other languages?

Not yet. Fenrir is English only and uses one global gift catalog.

Are streaming and video editors included?

No. Stream Studio and Video Editor are not included in the current desktop beta. They are future plans, with no release date announced.

Can I still edit overlays and use OBS?

Yes. Overlay Studio designs overlays; it does not edit video timelines or broadcast your stream. Use OBS, TikTok LIVE Studio or another compatible broadcasting app. Fenrir's browser overlays, game integrations and optional OBS scene control remain separate features.

How Fenrir works

You enter your TikTok username. (A free Euler Stream key is optional and only raises the signing limits.)
Fenrir connects to your public LIVE as an anonymous viewer.
When a gift, like, follow, share, join, or chat message arrives, Fenrir matches it against the triggers you have set up.
Matching triggers fire the actions you assigned: in-game commands (through Fenrir’s game scripts, key binds, mod bridges, or keystrokes), overlay updates, sounds, text-to-speech, or OBS changes.
The overlay is built and served by Fenrir from your own computer.
Points, levels, and viewer records are stored in local files on your PC. Review private backups before sharing them.

Opting into Live Now or a Creator Network shares the listing or activity described above. Streamer rankings remain disabled. All online connections are listed on What leaves your PC.
